The Conference Company has negotiated discounted rates with Hotels in the area surrounding the ICC, Durban.
These official hotels have been selected and recommended with your safety and comfort in mind. Delegates making their own accommodation arrangements at other establishments do so at their own risk
Please note that an accommodation booking fee of R150.00 (including VAT) will be charged for this service.

The above rates are quoted on per person per night bed & breakfast.

The rates include Value Added Tax @ 14%, but exclude a 1% tourism levy which the guest will be required to settle direct with the establishment on departure.

All room extras will be for the delegate’s own account and must be settled with the hotel prior to departure.

All accommodation is booked on a first come first served basis and is subject to availability.
- Should a delegates payment attract bank charges; these will be for te delegates OWN account. No accommdation will be confirmed without FULL payment.
- The Marine Parade, South Beach and Road Lodge hotels do not have 2 seperate beds per room. Only 1 double bed per room is available.
- Delegate NOT staying at the Official Hotels will need to provide their own transport to the conference venue.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Airport Transfers are charged at R220.00 per person one way and are only available to and from the official WISA 2010 Hotels. Please note that if the correct flight time and flight numbers are not supplied timeously, the collection cannot be guaranteed. A WISA Welcome desk will be operational at peak arrival times and delegates will be transferred within one hour of completing airport procedures.

All accommodation rates quoted are per person per night, including bed and breakfast. These rates include VAT at 14% but exclude a 1% tourism levy which must be paid to the hotel directly upon departure.

All accommodation is booked on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.

The Conference is being held during a peak period and as such accommodation is limited. It is strongly recommended that accommodation be booked and paid for as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.

Accommodation booked must be pre-paid in full by 1 March 2010. All bookings thereafter are to be paid for on receipt of invoices.
- No accommodation will be confirmed or guaranteed with out full pre-payment. All bank charges will be for the delegates own account.

Check in at 14h00 and check out at 10h00.
Cancellations and Refunds (Hotel Requirement):
* Cancellations made after 18th January 2010: 50% charge on first night’s accommodation
* Cancellations made after 17th February 2010: 100% charge on first night’s accommodation
* Cancellations made after 19th March 2010: 100% charge on the entire stay
Any refunds due will only be processed after the Conference and on receipt of a written request to the Conference Secretariat.
